At Ipsen, we’re on the lookout for a Global Market Access Director Oncology to join our Global Value & Access team within the Global Product & Portfolio Strategy division. This pivotal role is based in our global hub in Paddington (UK) or Boulogne (Paris15th in March 2025) (FR) and reports to the VP of Global Value & Access Oncology.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing and market access (P&MA) strategies to showcase the value of our products to health authorities, HTA agencies, and payers.
- Secure and maintain optimal market access and pricing conditions, addressing key opportunities and challenges.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with various franchises, embodying both leadership and teamwork.
- Monitor the pricing and reimbursement landscape, anticipate changes, and articulate overarching pricing strategies tailored to local market realities.
- Ensure health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects align with HTA agencies and payers’ requirements, and communicate effectively on market access projects.
- Support local Market Access teams in adapting global P&MA strategies and tools to their environments.
- Manage a junior manager and oversee the Global P&MA budget for our products.
Who You Are:
- A professional with at a confirmed experience in Market Access & Pricing.
- Experienced in local HTA submissions and pricing techniques.
- Adept at managing multiple international projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring full compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Fluent in English, with a scientific background and a keen business focus.
Your Skills:
- In-depth technical knowledge of economic evaluations in healthcare.
- Familiarity with international healthcare systems.
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen to assess competitive impacts on payer strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and executive presence, capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions.
