You will lead the development and implementation of the Affiliate Health Technology Assessment (HTA) strategies (including budget plans, research studies and comprehensive reimbursement dossiers) for assigned therapeutic areas with the internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Career Opportunities and Challenges:
- Build and execute Affiliate HTA strategies, operational / budget and resources plans and research studies to demonstrate the value of product outcomes for payers, clinicians, decision-makers and patients
- Engage with internal stakeholders and collaborate across relevant functions to produce HTA files to support launch and/or in-market products
- Lead and prepare pharmacoeconomic analysis for assigned reimbursement submissions
- Create and evaluate innovative value schemes and narratives
- Engage with external stakeholders and manage HTA processes
- Identify and share HTA best practices across Roche network and locally adopt practices that will improve Affiliate HTA performance
- Lead, develop and coach HTA expertise among other relevant functions to enhance capability and drive operational excellence
Who You Are
- University Degree in Health Economics or relevant studies
- Proven work experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research area
- High degree of integrity and compliance with all internal processes, regulations and procedures
- Welcoming new challenges and be self-driven
- Ready to step in to take a lead in aim to reach team and affiliate goals
- Active attitude towards his/her own professional development according to agreed goals
- Slovak language at native level and fluent English language
Salary starts from 4000 EUR gross/month. Final salary depends on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
