HEMAR Manager

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Health Economics, Market Access and Reimbursement Manager (HEMAR Manager) Oncology to join our Market Access Team, located in Greece.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead pricing, HTA and negotiation processes for Oncology products in alignment with local and global strategies, ensure readiness for any challenges and effectively liaise with regional and Global Market Access and Pricing Teams
  • Review and locally adapt global/EMEA economic models and value dossiers to support optimum reimbursement and timely patient access for Oncology products
  • Develop and communicate lifecycle health economics evidence, RWE and value propositions to facilitate patient access and ensure commercial success
  • Monitor external environment and market data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for the Oncology business in Greece, Cyprus and Malta
  • Actively engage and collaborate with key external stakeholders e.g. clinicians, academics, payers and policy makers and build an awareness of customer needs to deliver projects that leverage insights and shape the external environment to add value to the Health Care System.
  • Participate into cross-functional brand teams and contribute to overall strategy meetings by supporting and feeding intelligence on the external market access landscape in Greece, Cyprus and Malta and from all activities outlined above

Qualifications

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business or a related field, preferably with a master’s degree in Health Economics, Health Policy or a related field
  • Experience in Health Economics/Market Access in the pharma industry (preferably > 3 years)
  • Strong Understanding of the Greek healthcare system, including pharmaceutical policy and Pricing/ Reimbursement Processes – knowledge of the market access environment in Cyprus and Malta will be considered a plus
  • Proven competence to manage HTA dossier submission and complex pricing negotiations with positive outcomes
  • Strong networking, project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams, navigate complex settings that involve multiple stakeholders, influence, lead and inspire others
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus in excel
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
