We are currently seeking an Associate Outcomes Researcher, MRT to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Outcomes Researcher, MRT at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in conducting mixed-methods research, analyzing health outcomes data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through comprehensive outcomes research.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting outcomes research studies and analyses.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement outcomes research protocols.
  • Examining outcomes data to identify trends, patterns, and impacts on patient outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development of evidence-based strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care.
  • Communicating findings through reports, presentations, and publications.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in outcomes research, health economics, public health, or a related field.
  • Experience in outcomes research, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or R.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
