Market Access Manager

As part of Market Access & External Affairs team Finland, you will have the overall responsibility of Market Access & Pricing activities in Finland. Your role will include all of our therapeutic areas. You will monitor and analyze market access environment and maintain local pricing data in the Global pricing system. You will be managing price and reimbursement application processes to maintain optimal access & pricing at national level. You will be managing hospital tenders to maintain optimal access & pricing in hospitals. You will be building partnerships with relevant external stakeholders and participate in cross-functional events and activities to deliver value message at regional level. You will be contributing to the cross functional brand teams by providing market access expertise and insights.

Who you are:

• Educated to a university degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the pharma industry, preferably market access and/or external affairs roles.
• Experience in customer engagement, including clinicians and regional decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of the Finnish health care system at national and regional level.
• Understanding of health economics and its applications in value demonstration.
• Proficient in Finnish and English.
• Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Finland.
