This individual will partner across Market Access, Commercial, and Medical Affairs to translate strategic priorities into actionable field initiatives that enhance customer engagement, accelerate implementation, and improve patient access. The role will lead efforts related to field communications, training, launch readiness, implementation planning, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring consistent execution of market access strategies across healthcare systems, payers, and provider settings. As a key connector between headquarters and the field, the Associate Director will support strategic planning, surface field insights, and drive operational excellence to support the continued growth and impact of Gilead\u2019s HIV Prevention portfolio.
