These responsibilities include the following:<\/p>\n<p>Job Purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In responsible for the development and execution of the market access and government affairs strategy. Proactively develop creative and effective strategies to gain early optimal reimbursement and access for pipeline products while singling out the business as a preferred partner for health care and reimbursement solutions.<\/li>\n<li>In responsible for shape market environment and external stakeholder management to enhance better access and strengthen GSK\u2019s position.<\/li>\n<li>Impart GSK strategic positions to all relevant external and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain networking of key stakeholders including government and private healthcare bodies, medical society, and key health policy stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and defend differentiated value propositions to various payers and decision makers (for both private insurance payers, and public or provincial reimbursement plans).<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regional and private payer negotiations allowing to secure optimal outcome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the cross-functional partners in the development and delivery of reimbursement submission for private and public payers, which includes strategically leverage clinical and pharmacoeconomic evidence.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute market access&amp; government affairs plan. By formulating strategic partnership framework which consist with overall company strategy, and identify potential external stakeholders &amp; partnership areas (ex. to build new capabilities, enter new markets, develop new channels, acquire customer base on insight etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Gain deep understanding of stakeholders needs to create meaningful solutions and outcome to patients and healthcare stakeholders. Identify and source partnership opportunities and process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Leading matrix leadership projects as project manager role.
