Introduction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the sale and provision of job advertisement services on EuropeanHealthEconomics.com, a website operated by European Health Economics Ltd, registered in Finland under company number 3226663-9 (\u201cus\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d). By purchasing our job advertisement services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible to purchase a job advertisement, you must:
a) Be authorized to represent the company for which the job advertisement is being placed.
b) Ensure that all information provided during your order process is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) The job advertisement must be for a health economics-related role.
b) We reserve the right to reject job advertisements and companies that we consider unsuitable.
c) We may edit and format the job ads according to the website style.
d) We reserve the right to change the order of job ads.
e) External links from the job ad for applying to the role must either i) direct applicants to the specific job being advertised on the client’s career page or, ii) if not feasible, to the main page of the client\u2019s general career pages. Links to other job boards or LinkedIn are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free Job Ads<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Advertisement period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) Free Job Ads are shown for 14 days and then automatically removed.
b) A Free Job Ad can be removed earlier upon the client\u2019s request via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertisement position<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) Free Job Ads are displayed below Premium Job Ads and other newer job ads.
b) Free Job Ads are displayed in the next Health Economics Jobs Newsletter, unless the number of new job ads exceeds the available spaces in the newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitations of Free Job Ads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) Free Job Ads do not have an \u201cApply Job\u201d button or a link to other websites.
b) The same company can have only one Free Job Ad simultaneously.
c) Re-advertisement for the same job or different variations of it is not allowed for Free Job Ads. However, a Free Job Ad can be re-advertised as a Premium Job Ad.
d) Recruitment agencies are not allowed to post Free Job Ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premium Job Ads<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Advertisement period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) Premium Job Ads are shown for 30 days and then automatically removed.
b) Premium Job Ads can be re-advertised, whether it is the same job or different variations of it. There must be at least 14 days between postings.
c) Premium Job Ads can be removed earlier upon the client\u2019s request via email. No refund is payable in such cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advertisement position<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Premium Job Ads are displayed in:
a) The top section of the job board for the first seven days.
b) Descending order (newest Premium Job Ad first).
c) The top section of the next Health Economics Jobs Newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automatic Job Posting Service<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) The duration of the automatic job posting service is one year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b) The automatic job posting service has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the client is unsatisfied with the service within the guarantee period, the full fee will be refunded.
c) At the end of each subscription period, the service plan is renewed automatically unless notified by the client by email at least 14 days prior to the renewal.
d) The automatic job posting service can be canceled anytime via email. The service is continued to the end of the paid service period. No refunds are made.
e) If the automatic job posting from the client\u2019s website is or becomes technically impossible, the service order is canceled, and the payment refunded proportionally to the remaining subscription period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lift Up Job Ad Service<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) The Lift Up service is for job ads currently published on EuropeanHealthEconomics.com.
b) Once a job ad is unpublished from the job board, it cannot be lifted up any more.
c) The Lift Up service is not available for new job ads.
d) Lifted up job ads are displayed below Premium Job Ads and newer job ads (descending order, newest first).
e) After lifting up, the job ad will remain online for 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pricing and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate during checkout. No VAT is charged if a valid EU VAT number is provided or if the company resides outside of the EU. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using the payment methods available on our website. Your job advertisement is not posted until we have received your payment in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranties and liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) We provide no warranty concerning how many times a job ad is viewed, how many applications there are, or who the applicants are.
b) While we strive for continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of our website, especially in instances beyond our control. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed business opportunities, or potential damage to reputation due to such interruptions.
c) In any circumstance, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific job ad or job posting service in question.
d) We shall use all reasonable endeavors to implement the advertisement promptly following receipt of the job advertisement and the payment, but give no warranty in relation to the turnaround time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governing law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and any job advertisement agreement entered into under these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and any job advertisement agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to these terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes are posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
