This is a new, senior position within an established global consulting business focusing on the delivery of high quality HEOR and Market Access projects for a diverse client base of international pharma, biotech and medtech clients.
As a Senior Director, the incoming candidate will assume responsibility for leading complex projects, managing large client accounts and supporting junior team members on a range Market Access strategy and Health Economics research projects.
This will be a remote / home based position and the successful candidate can be based in the UK, Switzerland or Germany. (Other EU locations may be feasible.)
You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from designing and planning health outcomes and/or health economics studies, leading the development of project proposals, supervising and quality checking deliverables including models, reports, publications and dossiers, supporting international Market Access strategy decisions and conducting project reviews and client engagement.
Substantial experience within Health Economics and Market Access is required for this position, either from a Consulting or Industry background. Specifically; applicants should have a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g; Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology) and international (European / Global) experience of leading market access and/or HEOR projects.
Leadership skills are also important and applicants are expected to have strong project and people leadership experience. However, formal line management responsibility is not required for this position.
