This is a brand-new Team Management position within the London office of an internationally renowned, award-winning Life Science consulting firm which works with a client portfolio of top-10 Pharma and Biotech clients to efficiently launch and commercialise products in multiple international markets. The company has enjoyed great success during the past 10 years but has also remained small enough to be dynamic and creative.
As the new Manager, the successful candidate will be a key part of the company’s leadership team; managing a team of consultants in London (circa 15 people) and leading collaborative project teams, often including team members based in Switzerland. The company is immensely proud of their collaborative, supportive culture and the incoming Manager must be someone who will embrace this and continue to nurture an environment where teamwork and trust are always priorities.
The Manager will be responsible for designing and leading projects, including the compilation of effective project teams, liaising with clients and managing timelines and workflows. Nurturing and developing the team is also a major priority for this position and the incoming Manager must be someone who will actively work to mentor and develop team members in the London office.
Previous experience in a life science Consultancy environment with significant experience in Market Access and Strategy projects is essential and applicants must have a detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical industry as well as excellent project management skills and either experience of or a desire to take on, people management responsibility.
