Head of Market Access and Sales

Job Description:

  • Develops the sales team, strategies and plans with a creative leadership manner.
  • Contributes actively in building and executing the strategies of the company.
  • Manages and develops distribution channels and distributors. Committed in increasing access.
  • Works in close cooperation with other stakeholders to ensure the collaboration to reach the targeted business results.
  • Implements the necessary commercial activities, to meet the related strategic KPIs of assigned products / areas. Ensures field force efficiency and commercial excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Display excellent written and verbal business English & Russian skills,
  • Solid commercial background with at least 3 years of sales/commercial function and people management experience,
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strategic agility and business acumen,
  • Willingness to travel for up to 40-50% of the time.
