The Outcome Research Manager will be responsible for:
-Defining data gaps to support the value of products, designing and implementing health outcomes research & health economic studies that fill these gaps;
-Identifying available data sources to implement real-world study for supporting the clinical benefit of product;
-Leading the data analysis, reports development and publication of studies;
– Supporting key publications, reimbursement strategies and value dossiers to communicate with various payers;
– Developing and delivering tools and messages to support marketing access strategy;
– Contributing to the development of technical expertise within the department and company.
Qualifications:
-Master’s or above degree in health related research fields (e.g., public health, epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics, medical, pharmacy) with at least 5 years of related research experience;
-Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral (both in Chinese and English), with attention to detail;
-Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with local, regional, and global peers and senior stakeholders;
-Experience in designing and implementing observational/real world research in China;
-Highly desirable to have strong analytical skills and market access strategy experience.
