Analyst (RWE & Market Access)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work under Real-World Evidence & Market Access (RWE&MA) team to scope the Taiwan market for potential business opportunities in real-world research and market access.
  • Implement projects related to the following fields:
    ✓ Market access (i.e. reimbursement dossier development).
    ✓ Outcomes research (i.e. large database analysis, observational study, patients registry, pharmacoeconomic study).
  • Establish effective timelines for completion of milestones and delivery of studies.
  • Conduct and coordinate customer meetings to communicate study progress and results.
  • Manage ongoing projects and maintain good relationship with clients.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Pharmacy or health-related majors.
  • 1-2 years experiences in pharmaceutical industry, consulting or working in a research based position with experiences in outcomes research or market access.
  • Understanding of the Health system policy & management in key global markets,
    pharmaceutical industry; competitive environment and product development process.
  • Experience in cost-effectiveness analysis and/or statistical data analysis (e.g NHI database) including study design, data processing and analysis is a plus.
  • Must work well in a collaborative research environment as well as can work independently.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge quickly and accurately.
  • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills in English.
